It is the uniqueness of the rocks, formed when ice and rainwater wear away the weak limestone, which attracted visitors and resulted in it becoming a national park.īryce Canyon National Park is a series of 14 magnificent amphitheaters each carved almost a quarter mile into the eastern face of the Paunsaugunt Plateau of southwestern Utah. However, in terms of unique and spectacular geologic formations, it is gargantuan. If a dog stays in a dog-free room, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.In terms of size, 56.2 square miles, Bryce Canyon National Park is small in comparison to other National Parks. A $20 per dog fee, per night, applies to all reservations.If your dog causes damage to any part of the property, you are fully responsible for cleaning fees, repair, and/or replacement.You must clean up after your dog inside and outside and dogs cannot be leashed/attached to the outdoor furniture.All dogs must be up to date on immunizations and records made available if requested.Dogs must be crated any time they are left unattended in the guest room (crate not provided).

If a cancellation is requested less than 3 days prior to arrival, you are financially responsible for the full reservation unless the room is re-booked (see re-booking policy, above). A $15 change/cancellation fee per room if the reservation is shortened, changed, or canceled at any time up to 3 days prior to arrival. If your room does not get re-booked, you are responsible for full payment of the original reservation. If your room is re-booked at the published rate, you will only be charged the applicable change/cancellation fee noted below. Re-booking.If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation period expires, we will attempt to re-book your room as a courtesy to you.We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance if you are traveling during periods of inclement weather or if you have other reasons to suspect you may need to cancel your reservation within the cancellation penalty period. Inclement Weather Kanab is lucky to enjoy over 260 sunny days per year! Please understand that we cannot be responsible for inclement weather or other causes for delays and cancellations at your point of origin or the locations you may connect through when traveling to visit us.Reservations made through external portals (Expedia,, etc.) may be subject to additional terms and conditions that must be honored.
There are no refunds for early departure. Changes or cancellations must be made via phone or by email, and you must receive a confirmation email from The Quail Park Lodge. If a reservation is canceled or shortened after the cancellation period expires, the guest is responsible for full payment of the original reservation unless the room(s) is re-booked. If you must change, shorten or cancel your reservation, you must do so within the time-frame indicated for a full refund minus the specified change/cancellation fee (per room). We ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation, change, and no-show policy. The Quail Park Lodge is a small, independent property. Please contact us for lost and found items. Lost or un-returned room keys are charged $25.Swimming Pools are open on a seasonal basis (typically mid-May thru September).In compliance with hotel operations licensing, Sales and Use Tax combined with Transient Room Tax will be assessed and collected on behalf of the State of Utah and Kane County at the time of the stay.The Quail Park Lodge does not offer ADA-compliant rooms (grab bars in the bathroom, roll-in shower, etc).Please note, we do not offer roll-aways, cots, or cribs and guest occupancy is strictly enforced.Designated outdoor smoking areas are available and there is a $250 charge for anyone smoking inside of their guestroom. A valid government photo ID is required for check-in. Check-in is 4:00 PM (MST) and check-out is 11:00 AM.
